Promoting Indonesia Social Responsibility through Ramadan Blood Donation

From March 19 to 22, 2025, during the holy month of Ramadan, a period when blood supplies are often under pressure, maintaining public health became especially critical.

As part of KN Group, the Indonesia business unit worked alongside the Indonesian Red Cross Society to support a blood donation initiative, responding to increased demand for safe and sufficient blood supplies. More than 3,000 of blood bags were collected, exceeding the initial target of 2,000 and helping to strengthen national blood reserves.

KN Group’s Indonesia representative expressed appreciation:

“We are grateful to partner with the Indonesian Red Cross Society on this meaningful initiative. Beyond the number of donations, it shows our shared commitment to supporting communities and life-saving efforts. We sincerely thank all donors, volunteers, and medical professionals for their dedication and tireless efforts.”

By translating community needs into practical action, KN Group continues to support initiatives that promote public health and social well-being. Alongside blood donation programs, the Group also advances financial literacy and public education to promote financial fairness and a truly inclusive environment.

The Ramadan blood donation initiatives highlight the shared values of KN Group and its  Indonesia business unit, reinforcing a human-centered approach and a long-term focus on responsible and sustainable development.
